When the mandible or jaw, is swollen, or painful, or tightened, or just “locked up”, it may well be more than just a temporary problem. Outside of a dental concern, and your dentist would know if it was, or a problem with the disc in the TMJ (temporal mandibular joint), you might be looking at a parasite problem in the muscles and/or joints of the jawbone. Please listen to podcast #104 on this subject. The majority of jaw issues have nothing to do with Tetanus. Quite often parasites will take up residence in areas of the body where there is sufficient oxygen, warmth and food. The two muscle groups of the jaw, the masseter and the pterygoid can become havens for parasites. This can lead to the feeling of your jaw tightening or locking up. The following protocol is designed to assist the body in removing the parasite population effectively and completely. Also see the protocol description at the end of Podcast #104.
