The main difference for me has been my energy level. Since my late 30’s I’ve had nearly involuntary “nap-mode” after lunch every day. While a nap is lovely from time to time, it didn’t feel like healing sleep, and I’d end up wasting my afternoon and evening recovering from the nap.
