Suggested Use:
One tablet per day, or as directed.

Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Iodine 200 mcg. Proprietary Blend 364 mg: New Zealand green mussel (Perna canaliculus) (shellfish), organic carrot, organic sweet potato, bovine liver, echinacea angustifolia (root), and echinacea purpurea (root). Other Ingredients: Honey, prolamine iodine (zein), and calcium stearate.
