    Do you recommend the same dosage for kids? Also what do you recommend for a everyday vitamin for kids to take? Thanks so much I love listening to your podcast.

      Yes, the same dosage for kids will be fine. Remember, this is just food. It is not medicine or drugs where you need an exact dosage. This will just feed them.

    I got some Standard process an assortment I forgot the Cataplex C and F but I do make raw milk yogurt and broth.. I just bought a half grass fedbeef (WagyuX)and he gave me some heart liver and kidney seems no one wants the “parts” and said the next time he send it up to U of Arizona for processing he will have them save some parts.. cheap or free..I have tons of beef fat all I use for cooking is beef fat coco oil lard olive oil.and occasionally p-nut oil.. so we eat fairly well( although we eat to much sugar at times) Make long fermented bread. ..The broth I freeze it and freeze or can the beef I can make a pot of soup in lest than a half hour have chicken feet to the beef also…The best thing for beef broth is tendons or hocks better than joints.. Well all I can say is I have learned a lot between you and Gaps . I just bought 40 qt stock pot and a new canner.. so canning and broth make for cheap fast meals well I am retired and I have time to do all this
