Your body does not want to give up fat. In fact, fatter people (not obese) were seen as more healthy through the ages and more desirable and attractive. And because you would live longer and produce healthier children with a healthy amount of fat on you, they were the ones painted, immortalized and admired. Today’s abnormal and even dangerous worshipping of anorexic looking people is just scary. A significant portion of these women cannot get pregnant, let alone have a normal menstrual period. But that being said, nobody wants to be overweight. We get that.

This protocol will help bring you back to your balanced weight in which your body will thrive. We are trying to help the body see that you are healthy enough to give up excess weight it has been storing for a rainy day…or a starvation day. Ahem. It also detoxes and re-energizes you!

So this protocol does two things: It gives you enough nutrition so your body won’t think it is starving and needs to hold onto fat, and it detoxes you, again, so your body won’t hold onto fat to store toxins in! Wham, bam!

So unleashing the Forbidden Doctor within, this protocol gives support to a body healing and balancing itself, while keeping you healthy at the same time.

Weight Loss Program Protocol

Ageless Thyroid (3 twice a day – so 6/day)
SP Cleanse Capsules  (27 throughout the day – work up slowly to 27 capsules)
SP Complete – Chocolate or Vanilla (1-3 shakes/day, or use as a meal replacement). Adding 2 raw eggs into the shake would be a wonderful addition. Remember, fat does not make you fat. Only when you eat fat with sugar does your body use the sugar for instant energy and stores the fat. So remember: Fat in combination with sugar is the worst thing.
Coleus Forte (3) Herbal support for weight loss and muscle building. You might have to experiment to find the perfect dosage. Too much and you might get diarrhea, too little and you won’t release the toxins through your bowel. So there is a balance in this. You want  the toxins out of you! And you don’t want to be constipated because of so many toxins breaking off and sloughing out of you. Usually 1 in the morning and 2 at night is sufficient; but you listen to the forbidden doctor inside and dose accordingly.
Eat very low carb foods and eat enough good fats all by themselves, such as: butter, cream, eggs, fish and good clean grass-fed meat with all the fat in it.
Also, please follow the “Power of 10” exercise program. Power-of-10You only have to do it once or twice a week to create fat burning muscle in your body and lose weight. It only takes 20 minutes or so!

If associated with hypothyroidism add Symplex F tablets  (3 twice a day on empty stomach if possible)
If associated with Hashimoto’s or Grave’s add Thytrophin PMG (3 in the morning and at night on a completely empty stomach – the empty stomach is very important.)
If associated with sugar cravings add Zymex Capsules (12/day) or Zymex Wafers (6/day)
If associated with diabetes add Gymnema (3/day)

    Hello, I had a complete hysterectomy less than a year ago due to ovarian cancer. I’m only 40 and going through menopause. I’m taking HRT from a natural path however I have gained weight and cant lose a pound. I work out 5-6 days a week and eat healthy and this is really driving me crazy. Please help any recommendations would be greatly accepted. Thanks, Jen

    We would highly recommend podcast 182 The Carnivore Diet. It is so easy and very healthy to greatly decrease your carb intake to 40 or fewer grams per day. What you may not realize is fruits and vegetables being carbohydrates, can have a lot of sugar in them. HRT can be a dangerous path to follow as it can lead to atrophy of your own endocrine glands, the destruction of your own glands, and can possibly lead to an autoimmune disease.. We suggest rebuilding your own glands through supporting supplements so that your own body can regulate its own hormonal requirements. Rather than HRT you might look up the HPS Axis protocol. Even though you say you are taking “natural” hormones it is not natural to be eating hormones or having hormones absorbed through the skin beyond the regulation of the hypothalamus and pituitary glands. This is like taking a chain saw to a brick of cheese. and can throw your hormonal balance out the window. Your ” good diet” probably means you are removing most of the processed carbs from your meals and adding a lot of salads and vegetables and perhaps juicing. If we are wrong about this we apologize however this is what most people mean when they say they are eating a good diet. More fruits and vegetables are not necessarily your best friends at the table. Please consider the carnivore diet for at least a short while and realize animal foods are really your best selection as you need far fewer amounts and you have a digestive system absolutely fitted for meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and spices as animal foods are the easiest to digest.
