What is Irritable Bowel?

Irritable bowel is when we have inflammation in the large intestines.  It creates bloating and pain and is aggravated when you eat pretty much most things.

What are the symptoms of Irritable bowel?

The symptoms of irritable bowel are pain, constipation, diarrhea, and excess gas.  There can be issues of feeling you can’t complete a bowel movement.

What is the root cause of Irritable bowel?

Irritable bowel is caused by eating foods that are harsh to the gut lining.  Many of the foods people eat have chemicals that can damage that gut lining and create an imbalance in the bacteria in the gut.  A lot of medication can cause damage to the gut as well.

Is there anything natural I can do for Irritable bowel?
