The short answer: a nutrition consult is a 30-minute, one-on-one conversation with the clinic's nutrition team — by phone or in the South Jordan, Utah office. You bring your questions, your health history, and any labs you have; you leave with a written plan for which body systems to support and how.* It costs $99, and you can book it online.
Who is a consult for?
- People who feel stuck. You've tried supplements before, randomly, and nothing seemed to change.
- People with a complicated picture. Multiple concerns, long history, a drawer full of lab results — a conversation sorts it faster than any quiz.
- People on medications. If you take prescriptions and want to think through nutrition carefully alongside them, this is the setting to do it (always with your physician in the loop).
- People who just want a person. Some of us decide better out loud. That's allowed.
What actually happens in the 30 minutes?
First: your story — what's going on, how long, what you've tried. Then: your assessment results if you've taken the free nutritional assessment (worth doing before the call — it makes the time count double), plus any labs you bring. Finally: a plan — which body systems to support first, which whole-food formulas match, and what to pay attention to over the next 30–60 days.*
What should I bring?
- Your assessment results (free, takes about 10 minutes)
- A list of current medications and supplements
- Recent lab work, if you have it
- Your top two or three questions, written down
What does it cost, and how do I book?
The consult is $99 for 30 minutes, by phone or in office. Book online, or call (866) 867-5070 — a real person answers at the same office Dr. Jack works from. Not ready for a consult? Start with the free assessment, or just call and ask your question; if the right answer isn't a purchase, we'll tell you so.
Is this medical care?
No — a nutrition consult supports your body's normal function through whole-food nutrition; it does not diagnose or treat disease and never replaces your physician.* It works best alongside good medical care, not instead of it.
